When you request a booking or fare, we may collect your first and last name, email address, telephone number, trip date and time, destination, pickup location, preferred vehicle and message content. Our hosting provider may also process technical data such as IP addresses, browser types and security logs.
If you select “Remember my details,” your name, phone number, email and preferred vehicle are stored only in your device's local storage. Taxi de l'Ouest does not receive this information until you send a request. You can erase it from the form.
How information is used and disclosed
We use this information to respond to your request, arrange taxi service, communicate with you, protect the site and comply with legal obligations. It is available only to people who need it and necessary technical providers, including hosting and email providers. We do not sell personal information.
